Between the known and the unknown, between presence and absence—there lies Somewhere by the Sea.

This award-winning series captures the eerie, surreal silence of the Baltic coast after the season ends. It is a world emptied of its summer visitors, where traces of human presence linger, yet the crowds themselves have vanished.

Unlike my Icelandic landscapes, this body of work was created in Poland — the country I come from. It is an exploration of memory, a place where time slows, and the horizon dissolves into mist.

Each artwork is available as a true limited edition—only 10 per size, never to be reprinted.
