Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy is part of my Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Please review this policy carefully when placing an order.
Shipping Methods & Fulfillment
Framed artworks ship within the U.S. only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Collectors outside the U.S. are warmly invited to contact me directly — I’m happy to personally assist with international orders.
Shipping (fully insured):
- Standard delivery: $50 (all artworks up to 30″ × 40″, charged once per order)
- Freight delivery on a secure pallet: $450 (all artworks larger than 30″ × 40″, charged once per order)
– Custom-framed and shipped from Los Angeles, California
– First crafted in my fine art studio, hand-signed by me, then custom-framed in Los Angeles
– Delivered via FedEx Ground (or FedEx Freight for oversized pieces above 30″ × 40″)
– Fulfillment time: 3–5 weeks, plus 4–5 business days in transit
– For artworks larger than 30″ × 40″, delivery is made on a secure pallet via FedEx Freight to ensure maximum protection
Every order is securely packaged, and fully insured.
All shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping emissions are carbon-offset through the Shopify Planet program.
I’ve designed every step of the process — from fulfillment to final delivery — to be seamless for collectors. You’re in excellent hands.
Signature Required on Delivery
All orders with a total value of $1,000 or more are shipped with signature required upon delivery to ensure a secure handover of your artwork.
If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, FedEx may attempt redelivery or provide further instructions according to their standard procedures.
Freight Delivery for Oversized Artworks (larger than 30″ × 40″)
My larger artworks are shipped on a secure pallet via FedEx Freight to ensure maximum protection in transit.
If your order includes an artwork larger than 30″ × 40″, FedEx will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the freight shipment.
If a delivery appointment is scheduled and no adult is present at the time of delivery, FedEx will assess an additional redelivery and storage fee. Any such fees charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the collector. Missed delivery appointments will result in additional carrier fees, which are non-refundable.
Damage in transit
Every artwork is fully insured. If something goes wrong — like transit damage — I’ll take care of it personally. Just send me photos showing both the damage and packaging, and I’ll handle the rest, including covering return shipping and sending a replacement.
Taxes
There are no hidden taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price — all taxes are already included.
Shipping Restrictions
I do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Delays
If your shipment is delayed for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
