Between the known and the unknown, between presence and absence—there lies "Somewhere by the Sea."

This award-winning series by Adam Biernat captures the eerie silence of the Baltic coast after the season ends. It is a world emptied of its summer visitors, where traces of human presence linger—abandoned piers, skeletal playgrounds, silent lifeguard posts. The crowds are gone, but their absence is felt.

Unlike Adam’s Icelandic landscapes, this series was created in Poland—the country he comes from. It is an exploration of solitude, time, and memory, where the horizon dissolves into mist, and the sea whispers in silence.

Each artwork will be available as a true limited edition—only 10 per size, never to be reprinted. Once gone, it's gone forever.
